1. Introduction

GMEngine provides blockchain-based tools that help users build a transparent, verifiable on-chain activity history, including automated daily interactions, contract deployments, and NFT mints. By accessing or using GMEngine, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Platform Services

GMEngine enables users to interact with smart contracts on supported EVM networks through manual and automated flows. All on-chain activity, including transactions executed via relayers, is recorded directly on the blockchain and is publicly visible. GMEngine does not custody user funds; you remain in control of your wallet and private keys.

GMEngine is an infrastructure and tooling service. We do not guarantee any rewards, airdrops, profits, or specific outcomes from using the platform. Any potential ecosystem benefits are determined solely by third-party protocols and networks.

3. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GMEngine complies with all laws, regulations, and rules that apply to you in your jurisdiction. You must not use GMEngine if such use is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, or if you are subject to any sanctions, embargoes, or similar measures.

You agree not to use VPNs or other tools to circumvent any geographic or jurisdictional restrictions that may apply to the service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining control and security of your wallet and private keys.
• Reviewing and understanding any transaction or message you sign.
• Funding your wallet with sufficient assets and gas to perform desired actions.
• Ensuring that your on-chain activity is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

You must not use GMEngine for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity, including but not limited to market manipulation, money laundering, or violation of sanctions.

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

GMEngine is a technical tool and does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any information presented on the website, documentation, or UI is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or to pursue any particular strategy.

You should conduct your own research and consult independent professional advisers before making decisions related to digital assets or blockchain activity.

6. Blockchain & Market Risks

Interacting with smart contracts and digital assets involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Permanent loss of assets due to mistakes or exploits.
• High price volatility and unfavorable market movements.
• Network congestion, failures, or forks.
• Bugs or vulnerabilities in smart contracts or infrastructure.

You acknowledge that you use GMEngine at your own risk and that we cannot undo, reverse, or modify any on-chain transactions.

7. Accounts, Data & Security

GMEngine may process limited off-chain data necessary to operate the service (for example, subscription metadata, relayer configuration, or contact information you choose to provide). We aim to minimize data collection and retain it only for as long as needed to provide and improve the service.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is entirely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, wallets, and authentication methods from compromise.

8. Fees & Payments

Certain features of GMEngine may require payment of fees in cryptocurrency (for example, subscription fees, protocol fees, or mint prices). Fees associated with blockchain transactions (including but not limited to gas fees) are determined by the underlying network and may vary. While the interface may display estimated fees for convenience, such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all transaction details, including applicable fees, directly within your wallet before submitting any transaction. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of fee information displayed in the interface and assume no responsibility for any costs incurred.

Transactions on blockchain networks are generally irreversible. You are responsible for verifying fee amounts, destination addresses, and transaction parameters before confirming any action. We do not offer refunds for on-chain transactions.

9. Third-Party Protocols & Links

GMEngine may integrate with, reference, or route transactions to third-party smart contracts, networks, protocols, or websites. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, security, or behavior.

Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and those providers and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

GMEngine, including its branding, UI, documentation, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or internal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly allowed by law. Any user-generated content or on-chain activity remains your responsibility and may be subject to third-party rights.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of GMEngine at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably believe that your use is unlawful, abusive, or poses risk to the service, other users, or third parties.

Termination of access does not affect the validity of prior on-chain transactions, which remain permanently recorded on the relevant blockchain networks.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

GMEngine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMEngine and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of GMEngine after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
